Cherry with Walnut Inlays

This bowl was made from a single piece of cherry with 3 separate walnut inlays glued together. Once turned, the bowl was sanded up to 400 grit and finished with a single coat of tung oil and carnuba wax.

Care, Cleaning & Maintenance

It must be explicitly stated that this bowl is for decorative purposes only. While water resistant, this finish is not waterproof, and any water that does happen to get onto the bowl should be wiped off immediately and the bowl left to dry. This bowl should never be put in a dishwasher.

For dust and dry debris, simply use a soft microfiber cloth or towel to clean. If applying water to the towel, be sure to quickly dry the bowl off once finished.
